I cannot express how grateful I am for the compassionate care and support we received from Keenan Funeral Home (West Haven) during one of the most challenging times in our lives. From the moment we walked through the door, Estavia Lockett and her team treated us with the utmost respect and empathy while guiding us through the arrangements for my father, Tomas Otero. Losing a loved one is incredibly difficult, but the team at Keenan Funeral Home helped ease our burden. They honored my father's memory beautifully, and the care they put into every detail was evident. I was especially touched when Estavia mentioned the balloon cross my sister made; knowing it is still hanging in the funeral home warmed our hearts. Keenan Funeral Home's commitment to providing compassionate service truly shines through. They listened to our needs and ensured we felt supported every step of the way. Their kindness and expertise brought us comfort and peace during such an emotional period. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone in need of funeral services to trust Keenan Funeral Home. Your experience will be met with unwavering professionalism, care, and support. Thank you, Estavia and the entire team, for helping us navigate this difficult journey. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and I appreciate you being there for us when we needed it the most.
