UPDATED……….DON’T BE FOOLED! if I could give this place zero stars I would. The only reason I gave them one star was because of a FEW teachers that were amazing for both of my sons other than that, DISGUSTED, FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED are just a few words that I would use to describe our experience with this company. These 3 people; Maria the regional director, Marissa Correa, the director, and Ester Robinson, assistant director of the New Milford facility will tell you that they care about and want the best for your children, when in fact, I’m not quite sure how much training they have even had when it comes to working with children. After having to wait almost 2 months , we were finally shown three 3-minute video clips (as they claim that’s part of the policy…….LIES) from three different days when our son was sent home early (because they said he was a safety concern,) only to see in actuality no safety concerns, just people who don’t know how to deal with a child who has a little extra energy. Instead of letting him run in the multipurpose room which is empty 99% of the time. The director thought it would be safer to pick him up and carry him around while he was squirming to get away……and then placed him back in the classroom where he was a so called safety risk. The regional director, Maria then tells me after I asked Marissa why she felt it was important to pick him back up (with a possibility of dropping him) instead of letting him run in the multipurpose room, I was told he could have slipped running in the multipurpose room and got a concussion. WHAT A JOKE! This facility is highly under staffed and under trained, nor do they want to work with any child who does not learn in the traditional manner or has a little extra energy. They are constantly out of state ratio for number of students to teachers and it is not fair to these children. They also make up policy’s that are no where to be found on their website or on the company’s website. This entire organization does not support special needs children or anyone who learns a little different and can’t sit still at circle time. Nor do they want to help the child instead they just kick them out. If this sounds like your child. Stay far away! An ADHD kid can’t just snap out of it. It’s NOT about defiance or lack of effort. It’s because their brain literally can’t make the transition the way you expect them to. I know how this looks from the outside. It feels like they’re just dragging their feet or being defiant, but the truth is far more complicated. There’s a fundamental disconnect inside their mind, a disconnect that YOU can’t see. Just imagine you're trying to switch lanes on the freeway, but there's a traffic jam that just won’t let you through. You’re stuck, right? That’s an ADHD child's brain EVERY TIME you ask them to transition from one task to another. The problem ISN'T them—I promise you they’re NOTtrying to be difficult. They literally can’t shift gears the way you do. Plus, transitions aren’t just about tasks. They’re emotional. And when you ask them to switch, their mind doesn’t just process the new task. It experiences stress. It experiences discomfort. The brain wants to stay where it is, and pushing too hard, too fast, only heightens that stress.

The claims baby has fever to send them home. And even if they check in front of them .they don't accept the reality of a thermometer. Just to care less baby . Very bad and inconvenient for any family

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst daycare in New Milford Ct! Very unprofessional and extremely understaffed, I’ve had problems since I enrolled my son before his first day! The recent director just resigned because this daycare isn’t being run correctly! They have one infant teacher who has no empathy toward the children she lets them scream and cry and ignores them she’s easily annoyed by them and you can tell. My son got pink eye but nobody else in the daycare including any of the other babies had pink eye they never contacted me about it I found out all this after he got home! The infant teacher has been extremely rude and nasty toward me and my family ,when questioned about the pink eye she lied and told the director my son had allergies which he doesn’t and she has never asked me if my son had allergies! Mind you she told the assistant teacher her granddaughter had pink eye .. how coincidental. She then told my sister when she went to pick him up that he has pink eye and tried to gaslight her by saying he had it when he came in… why would I send my child to school with his eyes looking like that! He would’ve immediately been sent home and excused for the day! She also told my sister she was going to contact me throughout the day but never did! Why?? Everything was an excuse with this lady! Not one person had an explanation or an excuse for why my sons eyes looked like that, He was fine when I dropped him off! They had no concern, care or urgency when it came to my child! She has lied and told 3 people 2 different things. Why didn’t they contact me?! Why didn’t they send him home if they thought it was pink eye?? Clearly that’s contagious and he should’ve been sent home and I should’ve been contacted immediately! Clearly they were trying to hide what happened! They are all covering for the infant teacher and that daycare! They let my son sit in pain uncomfortably for who knows how long! But she contacted me 3 days before this incident stating my son was coughing in his sleep.. but couldn’t contact me about “droup” coming out his eyes?? Why was that of more concern than this situation make it make sense! There was an incident report “wrote on the day” it happened I never received it till the day I withdrew him from the daycare very weird they hid the whole situation from me! It’s been non stop problems and issues with this daycare. They clearly don’t keep their establishment clean/sanitary because I’ve seen ants on the floor and my son constantly comes home sick with a cough, congestion, and runny nose! The pink eye was the last straw I removed my son from this daycare and I suggest anyone thinking about enrolling DONT! Extremely disorganized and unsafe. Nobody has ever apologized about the incident just disgusting behavior and people that work there.
