DON’T BE FOOLED! The only reason I gave them one star was because of a FEW teachers that were amazing for both of my sons other than that, DISGUSTED, FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED are just a few words that I would use to describe our experience with this company and Maria the regional director, Marissa Correa, the director, Ester Robinson, assistant director of the New Milford facility. This facility is highly under staffed and under trained, nor do they want to work with any child who does not learn in the traditional manner or has a little extra energy. They are constantly out of state ratio for number of students to teachers and it is not fair to these children. They also make up policy’s that are no where to be found on their website or on the company’s website. This entire organization does not support special needs children or anyone who learns a little different and can’t sit still at circle time. Nor do they want to help the child instead they just kick them out. If this sounds like your child. Stay far away! An ADHD kid can’t just snap out of it. It’s NOT about defiance or lack of effort. It’s because their brain literally can’t make the transition the way you expect them to. I know how this looks from the outside. It feels like they’re just dragging their feet or being defiant, but the truth is far more complicated. There’s a fundamental disconnect inside their mind, a disconnect that YOU can’t see. Just imagine you're trying to switch lanes on the freeway, but there's a traffic jam that just won’t let you through. You’re stuck, right? That’s an ADHD child's brain EVERY TIME you ask them to transition from one task to another. The problem ISN'T them—I promise you they’re NOTtrying to be difficult. They literally can’t shift gears the way you do. Plus, transitions aren’t just about tasks. They’re emotional. And when you ask them to switch, their mind doesn’t just process the new task. It experiences stress. It experiences discomfort. The brain wants to stay where it is, and pushing too hard, too fast, only heightens that stress.

The claims baby has fever to send them home. And even if they check in front of them .they don't accept the reality of a thermometer. Just to care less baby . Very bad and inconvenient for any family

We absolutely love BrightPath New Milford. My son Nathan (4 y.o) has learned so much since we joined BrightPath last year. The teachers are incredible - kind, nurturing, and encouraging (special shout out to Ms. Gabby and Ms. Esther!) We also have to call out the centers new director, Ms. Marissa, who has made so many incredible and positive changes in such a short time. We are excited to see all that she accomplishes in her role!

Our experience at Brightpath New Milford has been nothing short of amazing. The center is led by Miss Marissa (Director) and Miss Esther (Asst. Director), who both have nurturing, welcoming spirits that permeate through the entire center. They are clear communicators with a precise vision and awareness of what it takes to educate young people academically and socially. The toddler teachers, Miss Gabby, Miss Alice, and Miss Kassidy, are consummate professionals. They are warm, attentive, and nurturing to the children. They’ve made our son feel welcomed daily and eager to never miss a day of school. The Brightpath New Milford program implements the BP curriculum with fidelity, providing enrichment activities that teach math, reading, and social skills through hands-on practical work and face-to-face interactions. They have an app that allows teachers to provide consistent updates on your child’s naps, meals, academics, and play. Overall, the BP New Milford team has made our family feel safe, secure, and welcomed. I highly recommend the center for families looking for a great childcare option in the area.

Our daughter has been going to Brightpath for a few months now and after a rough start of separation anxiety, she now enjoys being with her friends and teachers. The staff we deal with, Tone, Nikki, Aly, Ella and Esther, are all friendly and supportive. The communication from Marissa, who is in charge, is beyond good letting us know all things happening there. Keep up the great work!
