Everyone we have met so far have been so kind, compassionate and full of life. Mom has been there for a short time and she is already so positive. Love it. Huge peace of mind.

Finding the right rehabilitation facility can feel incredibly overwhelming - but if you are considering Milford Health and Rehabilitation Center, look no further. My mom stayed here following hip surgery, and I cannot say enough about the level of care she received. The entire facility is exceptional. It is spotless, well-run, and truly feels like a place where people genuinely care. What stood out most was the compassion and attentiveness from every single person we encountered. From the nurses to the aides to the housekeeping staff - including the front desk team - everyone led with kindness, patience, and respect. It made such a difference during a time that could have been very stressful for our family. The physical therapy team is absolutely outstanding. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and deeply invested in patient progress. My mom felt supported every step of the way, and her recovery reflects that level of care. There were so many incredible people who helped my mom that it’s impossible to name everyone, but I do want to recognize a few who made a lasting impact: Paulette, Chrissy, Diane, Joy, Marie and Dyan, - thank you for your care and kindness. And a very special callout to Lindsay, the social worker - she is truly exceptional. Her support, communication, and advocacy went above and beyond anything we could have expected. She made such a meaningful difference for our family. This facility exceeded every expectation we had. If you are searching for a rehabilitation center for a loved one, this is the place.

Gal at front desk found me a wheelchair and pushed me down to my friend’s room! My granddaughter came who is one years old and another gal gave her a stuffed rabbit. A third girl came in and gave her a balloon to tie onto her carriage. Everyone was just fabulous..

After 3 weeks in the hospital following a severe fall I was transferred to Milford Health and Rehab. From the moment I was wheeled through the doors I was treated with compassion and lots of patience! I hate to admit but I was not the easiest patient. The nurses, CNAs and all auxiliary staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Everyone was very responsive to my call lights and I never needed to wait for anything. When I started rehab Christy and Adriana were my two biggest cheerleaders. I didn't have a lot of confidence in myself but they pushed me a little bit harder each day. Thank you girls! Tamara, Ivanka and my overnight nurse always took the time to answer any questions I had and never made me feel rushed. Natasha, Sophia, Dominique and all the other CNAs worked tirelessly and yet always were kind, respectful and empathetic! Marie was the CNA who took care of me on a daily basis and I will never forget her! She sat with me during my crying moments and laughed with me until we almost cried at other times. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. A shout out to Scott as well, who admitted me and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. After 7 weeks it was actually difficult to say goodbye to all these wonderful angels! I will be forever grateful for the I received from everyone!

When my husband recently became an amputee, we were looking for a place for mental/physical rehabilitation. To which, we were greeted with a huge welcoming smile by Director LEEANN CAPPOLA/HER TEAM…MILFORD HEALTH AN REHABILITATION CENTER. At this point we definitely knew we were in the right place!!! ALL of the staff were organized, on point with my husband treatment plan goals, communication, physical therapy, medical, hygiene, food prep menu, daily scheduled activities and most of all super sweet all day any day. PS MHRC maintenance department exceptional too (SPOTLESS)!!! Recommend all loved ones family/friends to Milford Health and rehabilitation center.
