The teachers and staff truly care about the kids here and form strong and healthy relationships with this children and their parents. The staff here have created a warm community which is hard to find.

The teachers and administrators lovingly care for our three children, and the indoor and outdoor facilities are spectacular places of learning and fun! Our kids especially love “water days” in the summertime. Thank you to Rosie, Nathalie and all the teachers for making BH such a special place for our family.

All the nurseries based in London are horrible, managers are extremely rude, how can you leave your child in the hands of people like this? Administration is very poor, I booked a call with the nursery manager who didn't bother to call me back. When I called the nursery the deputy manager had no interest in helping. You are still not allowed to visit the nursery, they still blame COVID but is it really COVID or just an excuse for parents to not see how disorganized they are? Head office should have a very close look at their London's nurseries.
