  If you’re looking for a daycare that is the perfect blend of professionalism and genuine kindness, look no further than Bright Horizons at Fairfield. We’ve had both of our children enrolled here from the infant classrooms all the way through preschool, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Julie and Kate truly run a tight ship! The center is incredibly well-organized, communicative, and thoughtfully managed, but what stands out most is how deeply they care about both the kids and the parents. There’s never any shaming around early drop-offs or late pick-ups, just understanding and support for real-life schedules. This year especially proved how dedicated they are. With all the snowstorms and public schools closing, the center continued to operate effectively whenever it was safe to do so. They consistently go above and beyond to stay open if staff can get there safely, which makes a huge difference for working families. A very special shoutout to Beth, who has been the infant teacher for both of my babies. She is the kindest, sweetest soul and someone I trust completely with my children. She’s been wonderful with Lucile, who loves babies just as much. It’s such a genuine, loving environment, and you can feel that every day. Bianca in the toddler program is an absolute superstar. Toddlers thrive on structure, and she balances kindness with the right amount of assertiveness to create a classroom that feels both nurturing and productive. The preschool team is equally amazing with Jamie (head teacher), Abigail, Emily, and so many others! It’s truly an “all hands on deck” environment where everyone jumps in to support one another and the kids. The collaboration and teamwork are obvious and so appreciated. For the past three years, being greeted by Julie and the teachers every morning has been such a joy. It sets the tone for the day. I feel incredibly lucky that we found Bright Horizons and can send our kids somewhere they are safe, loved, and receiving a top-notch curriculum. The activities and learning opportunities are outstanding, everything from arts & crafts, reading, STEM, physical activities, cultural learning, they’re always finding creative, engaging ways to keep the kids excited about learning. This daycare has truly been an extension of our family. We honestly could not survive without them. As an added bonus, we’ve built lasting friendships with other parents in the community. It’s been a win-win in every way. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.

  We ​are so thankful that our family found Bright Horizons and for all of the wonderful teachers and staff who make it feel like a second home! ​W​e have gone through both the infant and toddler programs and the teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely caring. They create a nurturing environment where kids can grow, learn, and feel safe. From the daily activities to the loving attention they give each child, it’s clear how much heart goes into everything they do. We truly can’t imagine our children being anywhere else​!

  Bright Horizons in Fairfield has been tremendous for our family! We saw the upmost care for our children as they grew from babies to head into kindergarten. The staff are amazing and their educational programming, facilities and care are unmatched. Our children thrived there and I am confident yours will too!

  We have been at Bright Horizons for over 3 years now. We have a Toddler and a Pre-schooler attending. There is no other center that we trust more to take care of the two most important people in our lives. The teachers have become family to us as the quality of care is unmatched. They are so creative to develop curriculum that is engaging and fun all while teaching the children. Both of our boys learned sign language in the infant program and were doing art projects within their first month attending. And when our youngest son moved up to Toddler, they had a "moving up ceremony" complete with cap and gown. The toddler program was/is very engaging for our very energetic boys. They had theme weeks about space, marine life and zoo animals. The preschool program, which our son begin during the pandemic, is amazing. They do experiments every week inside and outside, challenging the children to express opinions. For Election Day, they set up a voting booth for the class to vote on favorite farm animals and each child made an "I Voted" badge. Extremely creative. Our boys love their teachers. And we don't say that lightly. They are so happy when they see their teachers in the morning. Our pre-schooler still talks about his infant and toddler teachers. He loves and RESPECTS his pre-school teacher, often talking about them at nighttime. We were nervous, like everyone else to go back after the COVID lockdown. However, there are extensive protocols that quickly made us feel safe. They are constantly communicating with parents so we feel comfortable if there are any changes to protocols. Seeing the smile on our boys faces and realizing how much stimulation and socialization skills they are getting means everything to us. Bright Horizons is not a daycare center. It truly is an early childhood development center. The teachers AND ADMINISTRATION are like family and care very much about the children entrusted in their care. We could not be happier!

  We switched to Bright Horizons after a less positive childcare experience and have been truly grateful every day for the incredible care our children have received there. The kids are outside twice a day, every day and are engaged in phenomenal curriculum everyday doing art and science and baking and music and yoga and on and on. We have also benefitted from the best teachers who are still a part of our lives long after our kids have left their classrooms. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Bright Horizons of Fairfield.
