Even when picking up my father remains a comment was made that "hes still heavy" even though he was cremated. Eric was training someone and i hope she doesnt take tips from how he treats families. Im sure hes become numb to grieving families and sees it all the time but it certainly is not comfortable to leave a loved one in their hands, to him its simply a sales transaction.
