Losing a loved one around the holidays is extremely difficult. I'm truly grateful we chose O'Brien!! Eric & Paige went above and beyond for my family from start to finish! Their compassion and understanding when allowing us to linger a little longer is something that I will always hold dear to my heart. It truly does make a profound difference getting to spend those extra moments alone with a loved one at the end. Thank you again!

Eric, Paige and the entire staff truly made such a difficult time for our family easier to process and navigate through . Both their professionalism and compassion made such a difference for our family. They truly took the time to listen, offer advice and answer all of our questions and concerns while helping us execute our Nanas final wishes. Not only did our Nana look beautiful but our family felt at ease with the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend O’Brien funeral home. They will ensure that not only does your loved one get the respect and care they deserve, they also truly make you as a family have an easier time with the process following your devastating loss.

Eric had no empathy for my family, made the whole process uncomfortable for me and my family. Even when picking up my father remains a comment was made that "hes still heavy" even though he was cremated. Eric was training someone and i hope she doesnt take tips from how he treats families. Im sure hes become numb to grieving families and sees it all the time but it certainly is not comfortable to leave a loved one in their hands, to him its simply a sales transaction.

O'Brien's took wonderful care of our family. It was a terrible loss for us. Paige was sensitive to all our needs. Paige made sure every detail was taken care of and made it as smooth a process as possible. The care and follow up during and after the process just demonstrated how professional and caring they are in your time of need. I would 100% recommend O'Brien's Funeral home.
