During the worst time of my life this greedy funeral home squeezed every penny out of me and my family.
They “act” like they care until they get a good look at the money. They insisted it would be in my best interest to sign over my life insurance policy so they can get paid quickly and assured me they would send me the balance of the $$$.policy.
Instead of being helpful, they were trying to upsell us.
Shame on you for such a greedy business owner.

From the moment I called and spoke with Christine, to our meeting with Lexi, John, and Jeff, the experience that we had at the W.S. Clancy Funeral Home was professional, comforting, and extremely well organized. My husband had about 700 guests who paid their respects to my family, and they handled that volume with ease. They spoke professionally at all times with our guests, and ensured the night ran smoothly. It did not stop there, it continued on to the funeral. Left messages for over a week, and no one ever got back to me. I did explain why I was calling (I wanted a prepaid cremation). I feel I was not important enough to return my call. How do they stay in business if they do not return calls?
