  I pulled my children from this daycare earlier this year and it was the best decision ever. My youngest was injured and no incident report was made, no one knew anything, on top of that the cameras are pretty much useless. Based on the injury, my son had to have been in pain since it broke through his skin, yet no one had a clue what occurred. On top of that, because of how I pulled them, I ended up accruing cost, so not only did I have to leave based on an unreported injury by staff but I ended up having to pay an amount for “childcare” when in reality it wasn’t worth it. Plus, some people giving the 5⭐️ reviews here actually work at the center, which in my perspective is a little deceitful. I wish I would have gone with my gut feeling about the bad vibes. I don’t doubt any of the low rated reviews here as I could totally see it happening and from experience too. Some people may be just fine at this facility but if you are having a bad feeling, don’t hesitate to make the transition. If you do plan to transition, do it very wisely and calculated for your mental peace, child’s well-being and financial stability. My 2 ⭐️ is based off one of the teachers who did a phenomenal job with one of my boys who was having a hard time. Miss Kira always had extra patience and strategies to help him. And as a mom putting children in daycare for the first time, she actually made it an easier drop off experience. I hope they take good care of her. My boys are now at a facility with no cameras but I get pictures of them like every 15-30 minutes. They are thriving and I see it in their everyday behavior as they come home and unravel. I feel at peace everyday that they are there. To each their own.

  My daughter has been going here for approximately 6 months and loves it. Excited to go everyday, has made so many new friends and has learned so much.

  Highly recommend Educational Playcare in Berlin. The teachers are the heart of this center and create a wonderful place for my children to learn and grow. The curriculum, yoga, and music classes are great, and my children will definitely be prepared for Kindergarten upon completion of their program. Would not send my children anywhere else.

  I have to say this center has been one of the best centers I have ever entered. I feel extremely comfortable to say that not only is this place the best place to work but is also the best daycare to watch and care for my loved ones when I'm not able to. They have a program called tadpole that keeps you updated at all times. Pictures and other information such as what your child ate and their curriculum and even their naps are all sent to you so it makes you feel that your with your loved ones at all times, as if you never left them!

  We love our daycare. Our baby gets excited when we drop her off. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. We know our baby is in good hands everyday. I would definitely recommend this site to friends and family.
