  Keystone Place is a beautiful community, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone I've encountered here, from the Executive Director all the way through to the front-line caregivers and maintenance staff truly care about each and every resident. They know everyone by name and by need. They remember names of family members. They are always ready to put what they're doing aside in order to help a resident. Keep up the great work!

  If you are reading this you are probably starting the journey of the next chapter of your love one's life where they may be in need of more services. Look no more. My mother and I chose Keystone as an option for her care ahead of when she might need it. By the time she entered Keystone she needed the services provided by assisted living. For us, at times, this was a hard journey. Keystone has been there for every step of the way both for my mother and for me. Shalita Allen, Director of Health & Wellness could not possibly run a tighter ship. She handled every situation with my mother with respect and dignity. Her day, night and weekend care teams are phenomenal and I was in awe of how they dealt with very challenging issues with my mother. You will not find a better care team anywhere. They are simply phenomenal, all of them. Shalita herself stepped in at every turn with creative plans always anticipating and solving issues. Kim Morgan Director of Operations always available, always upbeat and I'm pretty sure always doing work that wasn't hers to do but always willing to help. The front desk staff helpful, friendly and caring. We didn't have to work with Melissa Ward, Executive Director much because she has created a such a strong team system it runs effortlessly. My mother has now passed and I wanted to share our experience. I will forever have found memories of Keystone and my ability to have quality time with my mother because the people at Keystone let me be her daughter and not her care taker. Thank you Keystone.

  These guys do a first rate job in taking care of elderly people working there. I used to go see my friends there but they all died. They treated them so nicely. The food, meh, but the people are treated with dignity.
