We sent our oldest boy 'sight unseen' because we were desperate for him to get in and it ended up working out so well for our family. Our oldest boy has been going since we was 6 months old, he's now 4 years old. Our youngest son has been going since he was 3 months old, now he's a year old. All of the teachers were welcoming, friendly, and patient. We felt safe and Ms. Megan was always accessible for any questions or concerns. We were sad to leave but only left because our family moved out of Westminster. I highly recommend Bright Horizons for any parent.

Everything was set in the system and my partner was the one to drop her off. When he arrived, there were no workers in the lobby and he did not know where to go. A parent let him in and he walked around a bit but felt odd. He messaged me where I called the school 4 times (plus left a voicemail). 2 days later and I have still yet to even get a call back from anybody. Needless to say we did not feel confident leaving our baby here at this point. We were hoping to find a good daycare through this process but I now know to cross this off the list as anybody can just walk in and have access to the children like my partner did
