Bright Horizons child care centers, preschools and schools include a premier early education curriculum and knowledgeable educators and teachers who meet the needs of children at every age and stage. At Bright Horizons, you’ll find infant or toddler care, preschool and pre K programs, kindergarten, elementary schools, and Montessori schools. We also understand the many needs of working parents.
We sent both our boys to Bright Horizons and had an incredible experience. We sent our oldest boy 'sight unseen' because we were desperate for him to get in and it ended up working out so well for our family. Our oldest boy has been going since we was 6 months old, he's now 4 years old. Our youngest son has been going since he was 3 months old, now he's a year old. All of the teachers were welcoming, friendly, and patient. We felt safe and Ms. Megan was always accessible for any questions or concerns. We were sad to leave but only left because our family moved out of Westminster. I highly recommend Bright Horizons for any parent.

I have sent both my kids to this daycare and can honestly say it is one of the better ones in the area. I have had challenges with both kids ranging from personality issues, inability to transition to a new environment, to nutrition issues. No matter how big or small the issues are, the site director and staff has 100% partnered with us to ensure expectations are met -- which they've most of the time exceeded our expectations.
There has been plenty of teacher churn over the duration of my kids time here. While some are better than others, anytime I raised issues, the site director and staff has always worked with us to resolve the issues.
The curriculum the school follows (incorporating Montessori Curriculum Model) enabled growth in my children, which stimulated and stretched their growth to allow us to send our oldest to an academic focused elementary school. Having the right foundation in the early years has set my children up for success in elementary school. This is one of the few daycares that do not allow children to utilize technology in the early years, which I am a HUGE fan of.
The 2 previous reviews implied there is a lack of security, and from my experience, morning drop off time can be hectic. There is a secure code only parents will know. Piggybacking from a previous person can happen in any building with an automated means of entry. The balance of ensuring our kids are being watched in the room vs. someone sitting at the front desk -- if it were me, I will always prioritize making sure my children are being monitored as opposed to someone sitting in the lobby.
I am extremely thankful of the culture and the love my children received from this daycare and I highly recommend this location.

I scheduled for my daughter to go here for a few days through a work back-up care program. Everything was set in the system and my partner was the one to drop her off. When he arrived, there were no workers in the lobby and he did not know where to go. A parent let him in and he walked around a bit but felt odd. He messaged me where I called the school 4 times (plus left a voicemail). 2 days later and I have still yet to even get a call back from anybody. Needless to say we did not feel confident leaving our baby here at this point. We were hoping to find a good daycare through this process but I now know to cross this off the list as anybody can just walk in and have access to the children like my partner did

Unfortunately our experience in enrolling our newborn with Bright Horizons has been quite unpleasant. As most parents come to find out, daycares fill up fast, there are waitlists and the most important thing is having the peace of mind that when the time comes, there will be a safe place for your child to be taken care of during the day while working.
When we toured Bright Horizons on August 1st, we were still a few months away from birth. We loved the facility and the staff, and we were excited to enroll. We were ensured that even with the waitlist, if we paid the enrollment fee and got on the waitlist, we would most likely have a spot starting in February, when our son was 4 months old.
After weeks of not being able to get a reply, we were told that waitlists tend to not move as fast as we’d like, and that start date quickly became “Maybe May or June”. Obviously this throws a wrench into life with 2 full time working parents and needing a guarantee for where our child will go.
On February 28th, I’ve just now been given notice that a spot will be available starting on August 18th. Needless to say we won’t be attending, and we are disappointed by the lack of transparency, and care for helping a new family plan out their child’s life. I warn other parents about this type of behavior and daycares really just caring about getting an enrollment check, then changing their promises.

We were excited to learn about this location for our newborn but they did not show to my scheduled tour time on line. After responding about the missed tour, numerous enrollment specialists said they would have someone reach out to reschedule and still no response.
