- ASAdam ShockeyMay 2, 20255.0This place is amazing!! I've traveled to Steamboat for years and never had a great experience as this trip while staying at the boathouse. The hot tub on the deck next to the river and the sound system that plays whatever music you like is the best way to relax after enjoying the town. There is plenty of food within walking distance and also the kitchen has more then you'll need to cook whatever you'd like. Very comfortable place and from now on the only place I'll stay while in Steamboat.

The first floor can be rented for weddings and parties. The top two floors are first-class accommodations that have separate entrances, each with its own kitchen. And everything downtown is in walking distance. Highly recommended!

The downtown location right on the Yampa River with stunning views of both Howelsen Hill and Mount Werner couldn't be more perfect. The attention to detail in amenities, style and decor, and cleanliness is exceptional. The owners and property management company are an absolute delight to work with and I could feel how much they truly care about providing a beautiful and positive experience for all. I feel so lucky to have been able to stay on this property and hope to visit again soon!
