  Seven Lakes has been a great place for my father to receive care as he advances with his Alzheimers. The staff is very caring and patient while doing a very hard job. This has to be one of the hardest jobs to perform and I am thankful you are there everyday doing this job. Thank you for being my dad's final home here on earth and seeing to all his needs.

  The caregivers are compassionate and it is so comforting to know my dad is getting the care he needs and also liberal doses of loving words and gestures of kindness and humor daily. As this work (and in corporate-owned) goes, burnout of caregivers and inadequate compensation create challenges (hence the missing star) but I have always been impressed by the interactions of those who care for our loved ones day in and day out.

  I visited Seven Lakes and Kim West listened carefully and truly connected with me regarding my mom’s needs and situation. Kim promptly answered additional questions I had. She was genuinely caring and compassionate.

  I toured Seven Lakes, looking for Memory Care for my parents. Kim West and concierge Katie were compassionate, caring, and patient with my many questions. I decided on a place closer to me and other visitors, and with private bathrooms, but otherwise Seven Lakes looked like an excellent option.
