  Hillcrest is one of the best retirement homes in Colorado. The location with fabulous mountain views and rural scenes is delightful. The rooms are larger than most retirement centers and each has their own laundry facilities. The units are mostly soundproof as well and there are several different layouts from which to choose. The grounds are nicely kept enticing residents out for walks. The staff is friendly and helpful and the sense of friendliness, caring for each other and comradery of residents is outstanding.

  My father was referred to Hillcrest after a fall at Home and my mother who he was taking care of at home with Dementia had to be moved into memory care after the accident. Adam and Jena were fantastic to work with in finding the best care possible for my father which we thought would be long-term, but unfortunately my mother passed away 6 weeks after he moved in. They were very helpful with anything that was needed for the move in and also when we had to move out to bring him to Texas to be around family. The facility is very clean, great food choices, plenty of activity's, transportation if needed, and the staff was excellent and very caring and knew his name and called him by his name every meal or in the hallway. He loved the cleaning ladies and really misses them since they were very funny and kind. The maintenance staff was awesome in hanging his TV, hooking up his TV and Internet and also removing it when he moved out. It was absolutely hassle free when we gave our 30 days' notice to move out which wasn't our plan, but we had no choice, and they totally understood and were very thoughtful. I would recommend Hillcrest to anyone who asked since it was a 1st class facility from day one, and the residents were really great as well. Thank you, Hillcrest team, for giving my dad the best care possible over his short stay, but he was really starting to feel at home until my mother passed, and he had to move to Texas.

  I like the view of this community because it’s close to the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk in any time. The food is great and everyone in the community is very friendly. Additionally, there are daily activities so there is always something to do if you want to

  I'm a vendor at the Hillcrest of Loveland and I'm there weekly. I've seen The Hillcrest grow into the incredible place it is. It's amazingly clean and has a very elegant decor. The staff is caring and very pleasant to work with. I truly believe if someone is looking for a great place for a loved one to stay and be cared for , this is the place! Jeff Farnham L.S.L

  We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place for our mother to spend the final few weeks of her life. Our family was deeply touched by the special effort and sensitivity that was consistently demonstrated. Everyone who visited commented on the beautiful surroundings, and the warmth and friendliness of the staff. As much as we miss our mom, we’ll always remember our experience at Hillcrest with fondness and gratitude.
