We love the consistency of the staff, schedules and reliability of the center no matter what. We love you and will for a a few more years to come!

Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and many of the teachers have been at the center for quite some time and who all care deeply for both our kids and others - evident daily in their interactions. For parents seeking reliability, this is the place. The only frustrations we’ve ever experienced were around certain communications, easily resolved by speaking directly to the center’s staff who respond quickly and thoroughly. That written, all communications have noticeably improved over the last year.

We love all the photos we get each day, and we really believe our daughter's social, emotional, and cognitive development are accelerated by Bright Horizons. We also love their extended hours (7am to 6pm is unheard of!) and the diversity of their staff. We especially want to recognize Miss Jenna - she's been Riley's teacher the longest and her genuine love for Riley is so evident!
