- LWLoren WillsonOct 18, 20254.0My parents had not specified a cremation service in their wills, so we went with a recommendation from the hospice provider and it worked wonderfully: costs were transparent, communication was good, the online obituary service was smooth, the interactions were professional and compassionate, and they even delivered the remains to our home. The only reason for not giving Monarch a 5-star rating is that they could not provide a definitive timeline for completing the cremation.
