Starpoint provides essential services to two vulnerable populations, children and their families and adults with cognitive and physical challenges. We have been providing services and support to individuals, families, and communities in Fremont, Chaffee, and Custer counties since 1977. Our mission is to enrich the lives of those whom we serve and help them realize their dreams.
Starpoint adult services provides individually tailored planning that ensures adults with developmental disabilities receive the services and supports they need in order to make their own choices about where in their community they live and work. If these adults are unable to live independently, Starpoint also offers Host Home services.
