- GAGeorge AnschutzDec 16, 20201.0Horrible experience with this place. We finally had to practically kidnap my dad to get him out of there. The social workers immediately assume the family is not working in the best interest of their parent. Proceed with caution. We had a chance to have dinner with my dad while he was there. The food was disgusting. Picture phlegm on a plate under fluorescent light.

Medicare A residents can be out of the facility subject to therapy schedule. Medicaid residents can have a total of 18 nights out of the nursing home per year. Private residents may have unlimited outings. All outings are subject to physician's approval and nursing staff must be notified.
