If you want your loved one not taken care of this place is where to go. My mom moved in March 2023 and passed away July 2023. When she moved in she was healthy and weighed 125 lbs when she passed she was 98 lbs. I contacted Colorado dept of health and they were cited for not monitoring dining nor contacting a family member. Also beware your contract states air conditioning is included. But my mom didn’t have a window unit. It was so warm in July in that room. Stephanie the director can’t tell you the truth. She lies all the time. All they do is take your 5200.00 a month. Place is old and needs updating. It costs the same as brookdale right across the street. Much nicer comes with air conditioning and alot better atmosphere. Beware

My mom has lived at Inglenook for 15 months. We are delighted with the loving care and concern she receives from the entire staff. We have had some "bumps" along the way (nothing is perfect, right?) but have worked through each one with a willing and dedicated administrative staff. I've noticed a difference with the new Executive Director who is visible and accessible and has made physical and climate changes in the building. Although COVID-19 has impacted the recreational opportunities, Inglenook has thoughtfully and carefully put into place wonderful activities and have kept the staff and residents as physically safe and mentally healthy as possible during this difficult time. They even care about their koi pond fish... Just yesterday, they were preparing a new, large aquarium to safely house their fish during the winter months!

Its pretty interesting how all the negative reviews of this place magically disappear. They don't want potential residents to see how people really feel about this place. Over crowded, under staffed. Residents don't receive the care that they PAY for. Constant medication errors. Negligence. You couldn't pay me to put my loved one in this facility. Please due your due diligence and research before making decisions that will affect your loved one's quality of life.
