- MWMichael WarnerMar 12, 20241.0Bright Horizons creates a very confusing process for signing up for this center. I received an email saying that there was availability in April. I reached out to the Bright Horizons scheduling number in the email to schedule a one-week appointment to tour this facility. After waiting a week, the center director emailed me one day before the appointment to say that only individuals who are employees of Children's Hospital or the University of Colorado Hospital on the Anschutz Campus are eligible to use this center. I spent the week moving mountains to attend this appointment based on the call center's information. Please do not be like me and waste your time trying to tour this facility unless you work for either. Children's Hospital or the University of Colorado Hospital on the Anschutz Campus. Additionally, do not use Bright Horizons' general contact number, as they are mistaken about multiple facilities across the Denver metro.
