Karen thoughtfully coordinated having my mother's body flown to be buried in California by another mortuary in California. She worked with my sister who lived near their funeral home and myself via phone in Michigan. This was a sad time and Karen's professionalism made this experience far less painful than it could have been. She helped us avoid unnessary expenses that less considerate places have been shown to have caused fiscal pain. I am grateful my sister found this place.

When the day came that my father passed, Karen and Jeff were absolutely helpful and compassionate. We met with another service before talking with Blake Funeral and Cremation. That was a horrible experience focused only on trying to upsell us into services that my father neither needed nor wanted. Jeff and Karen were the opposite. They listened to my father and built us a plan. I see no need to look further for such valuable and necessary services.
