Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (or Mormons as they are often called) are true believers of Jesus Christ. We believe that God continues to lead His children through revelation through His designated prophet and that the Bible and Book or Mormon and additional scripture contain God's word for us today, including the prophet's words. Through the Prophet Joseph Smith, the founder of the LDS Church, Christ restored His original church on the earth again since after Christ and His Apostles all were killed the church He set up fell apart and key teachings became distorted or lost. To learn more about Mormon beliefs attend church sometime or contact the local missionaries.
