I'm really happy with FOWAS. I had 5 cats said and neutered there recently. The cats are doing great. I really like the two ladies running the front office. They were 100% professional and informative. No surprises. Plus, these two are not going to work at a place we're they mis treat animals. They gave me a great level of confidence in this organization.

My partner and poor doggie had a HORRIBLE experience here. Kassandra (not sure of the spelling) proceeded to say "EW." about our dog when he walked him in and said they couldn't do his procedure because he was anxious. My dog was not barking, growling or being aggressive in any way. Simply, just anxious. Shortly after my partner asked why they couldn't do the procedure she took the leash from him and YANKED my poor dog causing him to be more scared. Not once but multiple times. My partner then took the leash from her and told her if he could take him into the room and she said no. ALTHOUGH the other employee there suggested the same thing. They should not be allowed to work with animals if that's the way they are going to treat our babies like that right in front of us, now IMAGINE how they treat them behind closed doors. There is NO excuse to treat them this way. They need more training and should not be allowed to treat our pets until they learn how to treat them properly.
