"Pathfinders for Hope is a Vallejo nonprofit ending the cycle of homelessness through permanent victory. Founded by Marco Cardenas, we partner with Stronger Roots Housing to provide expert Case Management and Enhanced Care Management (ECM). Our Stability Navigation Program offers a superior standard for Vallejo homeless services, including shelter placement, Housing Navigation, and "Doc-Ready" support for IDs and birth certificates. We empower neighbors through our Mindset Change Program and Life Skills coaching, followed by intensive Job Prep and Placement. With wrap-around mental health and tenancy support, we help people reclaim their dignity. Access the best local rental assistance and resources to find a stable home today."
