  This incredible organization refurbishes old ambulances and donates them to homeless veterans, offering them safety and dignity. Their commitment to supporting those who served our country is truly inspiring. A huge salute to their outstanding service!

  We attended Rescue Residence’s “Desert jAMBOree” weekend in 2023 and got to hear first hand from some of the board members, participants, and supporting community about this organization and its unique approach to tackling homelessness. Many of the staff and the founder are Veterans and/or have experienced homelessness themselves. So, they have unique insight and perspectives and it’s obvious they care deeply about this mission. I love that their approach is always focused on the individual, allowing flexibility and choice on the path to success, rather than trying to fit every one into a neat little box. I am proud to support this organization and am grateful for the work they’re doing. Their vision and dedication is inspiring, and the Veterans (i.e. Heroes) who took up the call to serve our Nation deserve nothing less than that level of passion and commitment!
