- CLCatherine LeNov 1, 20254.0Clean, bright, safe, and fun for the kids. My daughter was 2 months old and graduated Kinder Prep. She was well prepared for kindergarten and still talks about the friends she made at Bright Horizons. My son talks about his old teachers and still lights up when I show him old pictures of him at day care. How a place makes you feel affects our satisfaction. The teachers and families made this feel like a second home for our kids and we are thankful. -1 star only because it is one of the more expensive daycares but to be fair all daycare is expensive.

The director, Ms. Gita, is very communicative and caring, which made our experience even better. My child was in classes with Ms. Kasandra, Ms. Lisa, and briefly with Ms. Morgan – all three teachers were wonderful! They created a nurturing and engaging environment that my child loved. The curriculum is fun, diverse, and educational. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and highly recommend Bright Hope Icon to other families in Sunnyvale! My son knows almost all teachers and staff because they are caring and always take time to interact with him. It’s pricier compared to other daycares but it is worths it!

Our twin girls have been there for two years and are now in the TK classroom with Ms. Nayeli and Mr. Ben — both are absolutely amazing. They’re caring, patient, and bring so much joy and creativity into the classroom. Our girls come home happy, curious, and proud of what they’ve learned every day. Our twin boys also went to Bright Horizons Sunnyvale, so this place has been part of our family for many years. The teachers and staff have consistently gone above and beyond to support and care for our children: Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine love for the kids make this school feel like a second home. We also want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Gita, Ms. Alicia, and Ms. Danielle — each of them has played such an important role in our kids’ growth over the years. We’re so grateful for the values, education, and kindness our kids have experienced here. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our eldest has been at the center since she was 4 months old and has grown through all their programs, and is currently enjoying their TK class. Now our youngest has joined the center, already growing through the infant program and now developing new skills in the toddler program. We continue to receive thoughtful care from the teachers and staff. We really appreciate the guidance and care received from their teachers; they all truly helped guide the children through their development and communicate effectively. The app that the center uses is also amazing to have because we can look back at all their shared memories across all programs since joining the center. Its always nice looking back at their photos.

Before starting we met with one of her teachers to share information about our routine at home. They did such an amazing job communicating with us through the app about photos of activities, meal times, naps. At first the app was overwhelming with the amount of notifications we received, however it was easier once I changed my settings to notify me about the things I want to know about. The photos of my child exploring are my favorite! Now my daughter has transitioned to the toddler class and recently discovered how to walk. If it wasn’t for the encouragement from her teachers to support her walking I don’t think we would’ve got here so soon.
