We appreciated all the updates and consideration. Our daughter came home happy after both days there. They also answered all of our questions which left us feeling relief about our daughter being here for a couple of days.
- LDLove DoveMar 27, 20261.0I used this center as a backup care for my son (9 months) and it was the biggest and scariest mistake letting him receive care here! Trust your instincts. If you feel uneasy greeting the teachers caring for your child and there is something off, I would totally advise you to address it with the director right away, unsure of how affective that would be as she wasn't any help in my case but put thr blame on me. My son recieved care here a second time and after pick up there was something very wrong with my child, physically. I am still in the works of forwarding and submitting my complaint to the state, but will as soon as I have a chance. I've just gotten my son enrolled into a new daycare where he absolutely feels safe and loved by his teachers. I would have never thought I would be able to take my son to another daycare where he would feel so loved and welcomed on the first day that he voluntarily went to the teachers and I didn't have to sit there to help him warm up. I was able to leave without him crying and it's been the best experience for us, truly grateful we found our new center. I have used Bright Horizon for backup care in 2025 and part of 2026 and NEVER AGAIN! I totally recommend parents, if you can, keep your options open. I am only sharing my personal experience with THIS Bright Horizon, specifically! This location completely treats backup care clients like secondary citizens which is what other reviews on here experience. Also look at this photo of my son. What I also noticed was that he got sick right away with his first day there and I noticed BH employees, just allow babies to go on through the day with their noses running. I mean what a shame, really! The teacher had time to take a pic of my son but couldn't be bothered to help him wipe his nose?! I couldn't believe it, it is so disturbing on so many levels. 👎🏽
