  My mother has been living at The Commons since October 2025. I cant say enough how thankful I am she is being so well cared for. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful to her and myself for anything needed. Andrew was very helpful and patient with helping my wife and I get my mom set up and moved in. My mom had been moving around from memory care facilities and rehab centers for months and Andrew always made time for us when we had questions or concerns with her move. She is now there in Assisted Care and thriving in the community and no longer needs memory care. My mom enjoys daily activities and socializing with her new friends. Since last May I have seen a lot when it comes to elderly care and I would rate The Commons and the staff a 10 out 10.

  The Commons on Thornton is a community where the residents are truly the stars. The environment is consistently clean, and the staff are compassionate, warm, and welcoming. Residents remain actively engaged, and the community provides outstanding services. Their health team is exceptionally strong, and Jill, the Director of Health Services, demonstrates genuine care and dedication to the residents. Highly recommend!

  The Common on Thornton is truly a gem in assisted living and memory care. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely home-like. The staff here go above and beyond—not just professional, but compassionate and deeply caring. They treat every resident like family, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and kindness. The community itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and safety. Whether it’s daily activities, meals, or just everyday interactions, everything is done with heart. It gives such peace of mind knowing residents and staff members is in such good hands. I can’t recommend The Common on Thornton enough!

  My 90 year old mother has been at the Commons on Thornton for 2 months now and we couldn't be happier. The food is delicious, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the grounds always clean and well kept. My mother is extremely introverted and I was worried that she would stay secluded in her apartment, but the staff is very good at getting her engaged and interested in participating in many of the various activities offered there. The staff, from top to bottom, all know my mother by name, which to me is very important. It is very heartwarming to know that my mother is being well taken care of. I would highly recommend the Commons on Thornton.
