  I am happy to give a review of our experience with Pacific Coast Homecare. First of all, thank you for sending Reyna to our home to care for my husband for those several months. She was a wonderful support to our family who know that he was getting the total hands-on care that he deserves. Reyna was always cheerful, competent and also ready to assist in every way possible——-helping with dishes, folding laundry, keeping the rooms clean and making it less physically difficult for me when necessary, especially to transport my husband for medical appointments, handling the wheelchair duties (in and out of doorways, folding chair for car trunk, setting up chair, and getting him in an out of car, which is physically difficult for him). I also appreciate the kindness shown by Barbara, Carrie, and you, Jessica, during your initial visits and follow-up calls for homecare. My husband cannot speak due to a major stroke in 2009, but I know that he and I both miss Reyna and wish that we could have kept her as our aide, but our long-term caregiver returned from nanny duties for her grandchild.

  All the caregivers who helped me with my husband were very supportive, kind and reassured me he would receive excellent care until he died. Sebastian helped me when my husband started hospice at my home and stayed with me until the funeral home picked him after he died. Thank you to Sebastian and everyone at Pacific Coast Homecare for ALL the wonderful support we received.

  Having had several surgeries in the past, I have used the services of Pacific Coast Homecare on many different occasions over the years. I would not think of using any other agency. Have always found their staff to be very attentive and kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
