I am writing this from my mother's google account. I do not usually write reviews, so I do not have a google account. I felt the need to write this review because of the overwhelming appreciation I felt for Wilson & Kratzer. My mother passed away on February 19th, 2026. Alexus Armstrong and Mr. Sylvester were the best mortuary staff I have ever dealt with. Alexus was so patient and even though I called her every day, multiple times a day, she was so wonderful. Both her and Mr. Sylvester were so caring and thoughtful, and catered to all my family's needs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral home to take care of their loved one's final goodbye. I live on the east coast, and they made everything so convenient for me which put my mind at ease. I feel blessed that I chose Wilson & Kratzer and would do it again as long as Alexus and Mr. Sylvester are there to guide me along the way.

They were very thorough, patient and informative while we navigated the overwhelming process of putting our loved one to rest. From start to finish we were in great hands. Thank you, Sylvester and Alexus for your expertise and kindness.
