- TSTom Sutton5 days ago1.0When I left Darling & Fischer in Los Gatos with several cars following me, I was told by Andrew that there would be signs at Los Gatos Memorial Park showing us where to park. When we arrived, there was one little sign pointing to the left. We drove there and couldn't find any guidance on where to park. Finally, we had to turn around. I went into the first building and asked the girl where we should park. She had no idea what I was talking about. After finding parking on our own we couldn't find where the inurnment was going to be. Thirty or more people in our group were all scattered trying to find the location of where the inurnment would take place. Once we found the location two workers showed up with food and drink in hand looking like they had just been taken from their lunch break. On top of that my actual contract was incorrect showing that I only purchased one interment rights. They have yet to correct it. I actually paid for two, one for my wife and one for me. Not a very professional operation.
