  Be cautious when registering at this preschool. In 2023, we contacted the school because we were interested in enrolling our child. They asked us to create an online account first. After we did that, they told us there were no available spots and that we could only be placed on a waiting list. They also refused to schedule a tour. So we decided not to move forward. However, in September we suddenly received a bill asking us to pay tuition, even though our child never attended the school and was never officially enrolled. Even more concerning, in 2025 the school reported this charge to ICC without any communication with us, which seriously affected my credit score. When we contacted the school to resolve the issue, the site manager repeatedly avoided responsibility, was unhelpful, and showed no effort to solve the problem. They even claimed that someone had registered for us, which is completely unreasonable. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. Parents should be very cautious when registering or creating an account with this school.

  A grateful parent came to say thank you. This preschool has the nicest and best teachers, rich activities, unbeatable tuition fees, most flexible schedules, the list goes on. Can't say good things enough about this school. My son loves going to school every day and misses his teachers if he's away from vacation. I'm so thankful to have found this preschool and have witnessed how my son has grown in the past year at this school. Gentle reminder that the info on the school website could be a little bit confusing. They are actually a full time preschool, not a before or after school program. I had thought so when I first looked at their website and almost passed. Glad we called their director and clarified. As a parent of a current preschooler at this school, I highly recommend them to prospecting parents.

  Our experience with Champions at Orchard Preschool was fantastic! We brought our son here for two years and he was very well cared for and nurtured. Ms. Nicole and her team are so patient with the kids and passionate about their education and social development. I also appreciated that it was an extension of the high quality Kindercare program and really prepared our son for a successful transition to TK. We used the summer programs as well and our son loved the wheels day on fridays and all the extra fun events that the staff organized (petting zoo, bubbles, sno-cones, etc) We loved it so much that we plan to bring our younger child to Champions soon!

  My daughter attended Champions at Orchard Preschool. All the teachers are very nice and responsible. They had a lot of fun activities and parties. My daughter learned a lot and made many good friends there. Highly recommend!

  My son attended 1 year of preschool and really enjoyed it. He was very shy at first and was having trouble vocalizing his desires to his friends at school. We discussed our concerns with the Site Director, Ms. Nicole, and her staff. They were so attentive and engaged. They literally designed the next month’s curriculum around “using your voice”, sharing, “respecting your friends”, etc. Can’t say enough good things about Ms Nicole, Ms Kalaya, and team. The staff has also created a sense of community with current & former students and their families. Plus, graduating preschoolers get to take tours of the kindergarten, meet kinder teachers, and attend weekly reading sessions with elementary librarians which adds to their preparedness and confidence for transitioning to Orchard school. Highly recommend!
