- LMLulu MaAug 24, 20255.0My son had a backup care at the silicon valley center before his new school started. He got excellent care in the center. As my son did not speak English, the teacher was very patient with him. When I pick him up every day, I always saw a cheerful face. The principal is also very understanding and caring. One day my son was not offered a space due to full capacity of his class, the principal was very nice to place him in another class so that my son did not need to go th elsewhere that he was not familiar with. Even now when he is already in his new school he still miss the class at silicon valley.

Our younger daughter is now wrapping up her time at the center as she will start at TK. We cannot thank the center enough — exceptional management, caring teachers, and a warm and welcoming space that provides ample space for outdoor play. Very minimal turnover on teachers or kids and so our kids were able to build long and growing friendships over the years. As working parents, a specific aspect that has appealed to us are their long hours (7:30am to 6pm) and very minimal holidays (frankly significantly less than any other daycare we’ve seen/heard of). We strongly recommend this center.
- LSLisa ShuMar 26, 20225.0Our son enrolled in the toddler program at silicon valley when he just turned one years old, he is very happy and grows a lot for the past few months. The teacher ratio is pretty good (1:4) and there is always other helper in the classroom. It has very good routine, 2 hours naps, morning and afternoon outdoor times. There are various activities, like drawing, singing, playing balance board, or even play with water when the weather is hot. The teachers helped the kids to learn things and grow skills which may add extra work for them.
- JRJ RMar 18, 20205.0This place is great! From my experience if the reviews are bad it’s for one of several reasons. The parents (not all) from the tech industry (not all) don’t know how to parent their kids. I can hear a parent on the phone with one of the staff asking what their supposed to do with their kids while the kids have to be home with them during the shelter in place. Parents on social media complaining that they have to watch their children. Oh gosh an that the daycare won’t be open etc etc. To the good parents who use daycare cause they need it to work. But respect their chance of getting quality time with their kids. Good on you. To the parents calling to complain as I pick up my kid for the last time right now. I’m left to wonder why some people had kids if their not going to parent them an yet wonder why their kids don’t listen. Anyways great place!
