Since my son enrolled in BHSV in March, I can see him grows happier, confident and independently every day. My son is a special needs kid, BHSV is the first one and only one which accept him without any hesitation. My son was rejected by dozens of other private preschools. Before BHSV, my son can only stayed at Special education classroom, where the time is very short (2.5 hrs on four days a week). His growth was so limited and he bored at home. After coming to BHSV, he observed other typical kids, learn routine and gained life skills with teachers' support. Now he started to draw more and more meaningful pictures, enjoyed playing with other kids on sand box. BHSV is the best preschool I have seen. It has very considerate teachers and staff. The director is very knowledgeable, nice and responsible lady. Each of my son's classmates is so smart and behaves nicely. The whole environment has given my son great support and help. I feel so lucky that my son get into here.

Our son enrolled in the toddler program at silicon valley when he just turned one years old, he is very happy and grows a lot for the past few months. The teacher ratio is pretty good (1:4) and there is always other helper in the classroom. It has very good routine, 2 hours naps, morning and afternoon outdoor times. There are various activities, like drawing, singing, playing balance board, or even play with water when the weather is hot. The teachers helped the kids to learn things and grow skills which may add extra work for them.

Worst day care ever. My son joined the 2years classroom, and he was hit on head by the biggest students in the class since day one. We trained him to be able to describe what happened in the school. He told us all accident and classroom violation. We reported to the teacher in the 5th days, the teacher told us they are just play and hit on head for each other. Nothing seriously. We didn't pay attention until my husband observed a violation happened in the classroom cause by the biggest student in the class. He was taller than all other kids, the teacher was clean table facing the accident. The student push other boy to the floor without any reason and kick on his tummy, the kid been pushed and kicked was crying crazy, but no one stop it at that moment. My husbands was shock and cannot say a world. Then the kid been kicked went to another corner to laid down and rest, but the big one follow him again and step on him. At this moment, there is another teacher enter the room, she stop it and ask the 1st teacher to pay more attention to the big one. I noticed that that day, no accidental report was given for the kid been kicked on the floor. Then we start to seriously complain what my son my received from the big kid. After that, my son told me, he was not hit on the head for the following days. But the was bit twice by other kids. He also observed the big one push other kids to the wall. He got scratch on his face couple times, bit with mark on his arm and hand. He was also hit by the classroom mirror and his eye was covered and surround with red due to squeezed by the biggest kid. In 3 weeks stay, my son received more than 15 accident reports. He was scared and crying crazy complain his bad experience in the night time. He had bad dream for couple days. We try to talk to the direct and the violation special, but didn't go well. They try not to accept the fact even my husband observed all of them. Even my son has red around his eye. They told me they don't give any time out to the issue kids, they also try to make the fake fact that my son also naughty. In stead to talking how to solve this issue, they ask me to think if my son is the trouble making person, am I accept my son been time out? They cannot solve the problem at all. The only thing they offer me is to terminate and refund me immediately. My son was scared in the classroom, we decide to take him out immediately, and we put him in a temp daycare for 1 month and waiting for a new one close to our house. He is happy and didn't receive any hurt/accident in the other two new day cares. He feel happy and always told us, there is no trouble kids in the new classroom, he love the new daycare. He don't want to go back to the 1st one. I didn't write any review on March when we move out of the day care, cause I am not sure it is due to my son is too naughty or it is due to the day care issue. Now we have move to new daycare for almost 3 months. No accident, my son is very happy and enjoy the day care a lot. I am pretty confident this day care itself need to be improved.
