- JCJoanie ChesnutMar 15, 20265.0I liked the overall feeling of peace when I opened the door and went in. The men and women there were friendly. I found a place to sit down and soon another woman sat down next to me. She quickly introduced herself and I did too. That's when the room fell quiet. The speaker got up and announced himself and the Church. I grabbed a hymnal and started singing the song, too. The song and prayer made me feel warm and welcomed. I liked that feeling. The people that were sitting up near the podium got up individually and talked about different things. Like loving God, his Son Jesus and each other. Trying to be and act like Jesus all the time. How in order to begin to know Jesus Christ how you need to read about him. If I were to start reading the Book of Mormon - (Another testament of Jesus Christ) then prayer to God and God will answer me. God will let me know that the Book of Mormon and The Holy Bible are true. Really a Good place to be and the Book is a good place to start to learn of God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost.
