  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wrote an extremely long review with all details but it’s too long to post so here are the bullet points of our horrible experiences. We had 3 bad caregivers! One caregiver picked our mom up outside her shifts secretly until one day my mom wasn’t home when her actual caregiver for the day arrived…and that’s how we found out. This lady also used a fake name. Coerced my mother to call Home Instead and let them know she’s going out (we have the audio recording from Home Instead) 2nd caregiver was stealing food and clothes from our mothers house, we have proof and she admitted it. She slept on the couch during her shifts (cameras in the house) and she would leave our mother alone in stores while she waited in the car. Our mother has Alzheimer’s! We have proof and she admitted it. This lady crashed our mother’s car into her own vehicle parked in the driveway…. The company wouldn’t drug test her. We found out this lady had a lot of complaints from other families as well. So they sent someone to shadow her during the shift where she crashed the car. Seems she was nervous because she was being watched by another team member. This team member wasn’t a shadow she was a spy. She admitted she was there to monitor our current care lady because of complaints. The spy stayed on our care team and I have camera footage saved of her moving cameras inside our family home…. When I confronted her she started to argue with me and my sister in law, with my son present and we had to remove her from the property. HR was not helpful during all of this and the GM Melissa never reached out to discuss any of these incidents and when I finally spoke to her she said they aren’t the right care company for us. Instead of doing better for care, training and screening they tried to dismiss us. After the 3rd bad caregiver we fired Home Instead and found another wonderful company. There is SO MUCH detail I’d like to share in this review but luckily for the shady company the review has a text limit. Please use another company. For the sake of your sanity and loved one’s safety DO NOT use this company. If you choose to use this terrible company, I highly recommend you pay very close attention to what these caregivers are doing.
