I have been really blessed to have found the wounded warriors! They helped me when I thought I had no one and I was alone. I pray that they keep helping veterans in need and thank them for giving us hope because sometimes all we need is to know that someone cares so we won't give up.

I came in with the intention that I was going to receive lots of information and help from Wounded Warriors and that was not the case. Charles Loftland was the specialist assigned to me and besides being polite and having a positive attitude I felt very disrespected by his actions. 1. I took the time to complete the Onet questions that revealed what type of jobs I would be good for but we never talked about them and went through them even though I told him I completed them. 2. We would set up times and dates to meet up on the phone just to forget and call me hours later after I took the time to cancel and shift my plans for him to give me an excuse that he’s working on a more important charity project. This happened multiple times that lead to me asking for him to cancel Wounded Warriors to assist me. 3. Again, he was working on a charity that took most of his time and gave me little to no time to assist me. I believe I shouldn’t have an individual with multiple projects if he can’t perform his primary job to assist those who need employment. 4. Would forget to read the emails I sent him and had to remind him to read them on our next phone call while they were time-sensitive about jobs. 5. Driving in his car again to go to his other projects but wanted to knock out my conversation quickly so he can resume his charity project. 6. NEVER spoke of any job board or any leads that might help me look for employment. I was truly looking for jobs on my own. Conclusion After all, that being said I felt so highly disrespected for being ignored and forgotten while I was giving a hundred percent! To him and the organization. I was on time and communicative and It hurts to think that I need a job so badly because I’m about to go financially broke and the one person/organization that could have to help me was a complete letdown and waste of time. I will make sure to never recommend or speak highly of this organization to friends, family, and military organizations.

horrible greedy corporation disguised as a charity. Do your research before you donate to any charity specially this one.
