- HHHarbor HillFeb 2, 20265.0BEST BUILDING IN SAN CLEMENTE!! It offers the best view and features the most scenic walks around, leading to the beach. I grew up going to this building, it's perfect for riding skateboards in the parking lot and playing basketball in the gym!
