They were helpful since we knew she wanted to be cremated but had not left a place to take her too. It was short notice but they were right there. Im using them again for my brother who is a veteran. His death was also sudden and they are very helpful and have me the name of someone who could help me with the paper work needed for all the benefits a veteran is in titled too. Very helpful and friendly.
