  I toured several eldercare facilities and this was one of the better ones by far. My mother has now been a resident in Memory Care for 3 months and it seems to be a good fit. There are 2 nice gardens, the food is decent, and the caretakers are kind and professional. They have been very helpful with any issue that comes up and they send texts to update me on my mother's participation in any activities. I recommend it.

  I dont have enough wonderful things to say about this facility! It is a large complex with many different individual/assisted apartments with a variety of amenities. There are field trips and activities everyday, all throughout the day. A pub, formal/informal dining areas, a poker room, a theater room, a salon, and a fitness center. Everything here is absolutely top quality and tailored to each individual resident. The entire staff is super friendly and is well acquainted with all the residents. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a place for your family member. It is so reassuring to know someone you love is well taken care of and safe.

  Having helped my father elderly father through seriously tough medical, financial and personal situations I can only say that Holly and team at Clearwater were angels. Holly was attentive, totally caring and I felt heard regarding my father's needs. She spent extra time helping me and my father acclimate to care and anything else that was needed- Holly is truly a gem. The facilities are lovely and clean, the rooms are new and freshly updated...and the food and the staff in the restaurant are good. The director Janna gave me ideas to save on costs right out the gate. The med techs are plentiful so I knew my dad would be cared for. The front desk staff answers the phone and have been very friendly to me, my family and my father. No move is without hiccups but the staff was ready to text me any help I needed when things didn't go as planned. We only stayed on a short time but in the time we stayed, my father was cared for and taken to his appointments.
