My sister and I had to make arrangements for our father. It was my first time ever making arrangements and my sister's first time on her own. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We worked with LaToya and she was amazing. She was very professional well being empathic and caring. I would recommend Wilson & Kratzer Mortuaries to anyone going through this difficult time. They will work with you and what you want.

Wilson & Kratzer did a really amazing job helping us put our loved ones to rest. Every employee was really nice and tried to be helpful when they can. Sylvester was the director that helped us and he went above and beyond. Losing a loved one is really hard but when you have nice and caring people to help you through this, it really helps. The paperwork was straightforward. Their pricing is reasonable considering the state we are in. He got us in and out and was efficient. We will surely recommend W&K to all our friends and family.

We were so lucky to work with the team at Wilson Kratzer. Aubrey helped keep me in the loop with my mom and her ashes and was even able to expedite the delivery of her ashes overnight to me in NC. And she answered every call from this frantic daughter with a calm an cool friendliness that assured me everything would be done beautifully.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Celina Hernandez for guiding us through the difficult journey of laying our parents to rest. Celina’s dedication shone through in every detail, from her thoughtful attention to our wishes for the viewing and funeral to her tireless work behind the scenes. She went above and beyond, preparing the services with care, personally delivering the ashes to the cemetery, honoring our parents’ cultural traditions, and ensuring every detail was just right. Celina seemed to anticipate our needs, often bringing up details we had overlooked in our grief. We could not have managed any of this without her steady support. Planning a loved one’s farewell while mourning is overwhelming, but Celina made the process feel effortless. Her passion and dedication shine through in everything she does, leaving us with a deep sense of gratitude for her compassion, confidence, and remarkable efficiency. Thank you so much, Celina. From the bottom of our hearts, we truly appreciate your hard work, and I hope others do as well!

We could not have asked for a better experience with the arrangements for our Dad. The video, programs and attendants surpassed our expectations. We were particularly pleased with the transportation that kept our entire family together which eliminated stress. Celina was amazing and caring.
