I’m so grateful for the warm and attentive care she received. I had a positive experience with her teachers from all 3 classes, and the site leadership. It’s scary dropping off your tiny infant, but every day I picked her up, she was happy and that quickly gave me comfort. The teachers always gave me an overview of her day and answered all my questions. When my work office changed locations, my commute became longer and we switched my daughter to a closer center to decrease my commute. I’m grateful for 3 years of wonderful care and flexibility, thank you!

Don't let the old reviews scare you -- it's no coincidence the reviews from within the last year are all 5 stars. My daughter was in the hummingbird infant classroom from when she was 10-12 months old. I was so nervous to leave her at such a young age with new faces, but my expectations for daycare were completely blown out of the water and far exceeded by RWC Bright Horizons. It is so clear Claire (center director) and hummingbird teachers Adriana and Jenn truly love their jobs. The compassion, patience (esp with our baby refusing bottles and throwing a new fruit onto the floor every week!), skill (they taught our baby to go from grabbing toys out of other babies' hands to wanting to share everything!), creativity (turning feet painting into a mother's day flower gift is so cute!!), and empathy (giving us advice to help with our baby's constipation!) were far more than I expected. The fact that our baby didn't even want to come home with us anymore at pickup and could be immediately soothed by one of the teachers at drop-off should speak for itself :)

He didn't want to take a bottle at first and they were patient and taught him how. The new center leadership has been really great during the Covid year too. I would highly recommend this center, especially the infant room.
