- CAC AJul 3, 20135.0Services don't start until 9AM for Smiley Ward and 1pm for Mountain View Ward. I don't think there is anyone in the building at 6:30-7:00am like the other reviewer said he/she saw leaving our place of worship. The Bishopric will be there by 8AM.
