I was so impressed on how comfortable I felt throughout the whole experience. He communicated about every step of the process with respect, kindness and a beautiful sense of humanity. This was my first time being responsible for funeral arrangements, and I had been concerned about becoming overwhelmed not really knowing how to do what was needed. I needn't have worried, as Glenn took every last bit of pressure off of me, handling all of it. You can't put a price on the peace of mind Glenn afforded our family (in purely practical terms, the actual price for his services was extremely reasonable). He even took care of reserving the boat we chartered from Beyond the Sea to scatter our loved one's ashes out of Long Beach in what was an uplifting and beautiful ceremony.
