We are Shasta County's Child Abuse Prevention Coordinating Council.
Our Mission is A community where all children are valued, nurtured, protected, and therefore will reach their full potential.
Pathways to Hope for Children (PHC) serves as an umbrella for a wide range of projects throughout Shasta County that offer community outreach, youth development, family support, and child abuse prevention education (such as child abuse reporting workshops) and awareness activities.
Family Resource Center offers case management, parent education, diapers and a clothing closet. Drop-in services are available Monday – Friday 9:00-4:00 or call to make an appointment. Services are free for all caregivers of children up to age 18.
