  Wow!! Thank you Queena for the wonderful, friendly tour around your facility. It was interesting to see all you have to offer for the $price. The rooms, patio, and kitchen were well laid out. There are lots of activities to do here and a dog area. Thank you for The delicious chicken salad for lunch. Plus, the backup visit with Alice.

  My parents live here and are very happy. The people who work here are amazing (shout out to Genevieve, Patty, Sandy, and Britt!). The facilities are great and include a movie theater, a restaurant, a beauty salon, a nice gym, an art room, a little dog area, and a pub. The activities offered are eclectic and fun, too: cards, wine tastings, art classes, yoga, daily walks in the neighborhood, movies, and trips to places like gardens, museums, and restaurants. The residents are super nice, too and there is a real sense of community. Things that could be better: 1. The menu is supposed to change every three months, but they have had the same menu for the last six months and the food gets monotonous. 2. Also, only one door (the front door) opens automatically. For older people, many who have mobility issues, it is often difficult for them to get in and out of the doors. 3. Finally, when my folks moved in they were told that the fees wouldn't go up more than 3% a year, but the rise in prices is more like 6% (some even 8%!).
