  Moved my parents in two weeks ago into the assisted living side of Kirkwood Orange - dad who is 7 years into his Alzheimer’s diagnosis and mom who was emotionally, mentally and physically shutting down. In the short 2 weeks there, she’s engaging, making friends, and actually living vs just existing. It is truly heartwarming to see my mom experience the joy, happiness and peace she so deserves and hear friends from all walks of her life say they can hear the smile back in her voice, that this was the best thing I could have done for her and that I probably saved her life. Although my dad’s transition is different due to his Alzheimer’s, I am extremely proud to see him also engaging, making friends and finding his purpose to take care of my mom. Kirkwood is instrumental in their success with this transition and all their team members truly care about their residents and doing what’s best for them. Looking forward to partnering with MBK and Kirkwood Orange on this journey with my parents

  Love this place. Clean, bright, open, high ceilings, nice furniture, smells good, great accessible backyard. And somehow Kirkwood is more affordable than other places I’ve used or visited. My mom loves it too. But the best part is the staff. They are wonderful. I visit my mom often and they all know my name and are friendly and most of the time my mom is sitting in the living room or backyard with one or more attendants playing games, chatting and laughing. I find it heart warming. Kirkwood is better than her previous home.

  Clean, friendly, professional environment. My 95 year old mom would rather be at home, but this was a great alternative. Staff are very caring especially Executive Director Sarah, Director of Sales Jennifer and Business Manager Saray. The rest of the staff are excellent too.

  Very nice facility. Jennifer was super helpful and took the time to show us all around and answer all of our questions. Very professional. The whole staff was very friendly and even met the chef and had tacos on Sinco de Mayo with everyone. All the residents seemed to be having a great time with the music and the dancer. On another day the staff was playing games with the residents and doing exercises. Keeping the residents active and lots socializing. Two thumbs up
