He knew every person we encountered; he clearly cares about the people and is passionate about his job. The facility was immaculate and is situated in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend visiting the Bluffs.

I have a family member who lives at the Bluffs. They experience high employee turnover and are often inadequately staffed. This results in wait times of over an hour when emergency call buttons are pressed. My family member has often waited over an hour for help to come. We have brought these concerns to management multiple times with no resolution, no improvement, and often no response to emails and phone calls. The front desk in the lobby is often unstaffed, creating a safety issue of who is coming and going. The phones are frequently not answered, including the emergency line.
