  Can’t say enough good things about The Bluffs at Hamilton Hill. What makes this place special is the love, care & respect shown by every member of the staff at The Bluffs. From the Directors to the caregivers and receptionists, every interchange has been pleasant and professional. When put in the position of providing care for your loved ones the stress and emotions can be overwhelming and the staff at Bluffs knows it and provide a safe space for you to embrace your responsibilities and is there to help in any and every way they can. Our family knows that we made the right decision placing our loved one at such a loving and professional residence.

  Beautifully restored WWII Air Force hospital. Great location and view of Bay. Looked at several places before deciding to settle my wife in a room there. Care staff and management has had a lot of turnover in past year. They have handled that well. Special shout out to Jennifer in placement. She was more than a sales person. Felt she advocated for the best placement for my wife.

  Hamilton Bluffs is a beautiful facility and our tour was comprehensive. Our tour guide, Doug, was professional and caring. He knew every person we encountered; he clearly cares about the people and is passionate about his job. The facility was immaculate and is situated in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend visiting the Bluffs.

  I see a lot of positive reviews here. It is true that the staff is friendly, however, safety is clearly not a priority to them. I have a family member who lives at the Bluffs. They experience high employee turnover and are often inadequately staffed. This results in wait times of over an hour when emergency call buttons are pressed. My family member has often waited over an hour for help to come. We have brought these concerns to management multiple times with no resolution, no improvement, and often no response to emails and phone calls. The front desk in the lobby is often unstaffed, creating a safety issue of who is coming and going. The phones are frequently not answered, including the emergency line.
