  I was disappointed with my experience at clearwater Living. The caregivers seemed inadequately trained and often did not perform their duties well. Additionally, the kitchen’s cleanliness and food handling practices were concerning, as servers did not wear gloves while touching food. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a better environment for residents especially if they are paying a lot of money for poor treatment.

  Clearwater will always have a dear spot in my heart. My mother was forced to go into assisted living after a fall in April 2024, after living totally independently for 89 years. We chose Clearwater because of several reasons; the facilities were immaculate, the staff professional and friendly, and the proximity to her doctors and friends. It was a big adjustment, but the staff at Clearwater made it comfortable and painless. Unfortunately, my mother fell again after only six months at Clearwater and was not able to recover this time. I know my mother's last months and days were happy ones and for that I will always be thankful to the staff at Clearwater. Thank you to all that made my mother feel comfortable, safe and welcome.   Our father moved into Clearwater Newport Beach about a month ago. We could not be happier with everything! The residents and the staff are incredibly nice and professional. The food and the activities are incredible and our dad is very happy there. It has been an effortless transition thanks to the team at Clearwater.

  Very beautiful community. The attention to detail throughout did not go unnoticed. Everyone is so kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They've done a great job of creating an inviting space for family members of all ages to come and visit their loved ones

  After meeting Christine and the rest of the staff, I know that Clearwater Newport Beach's residents are in good hands. They are genuinely kind, caring, and compassionate people that you want to surround yourself with PLUS the beautiful scenery/ environment doesn't hurt either ;) Go check this community out and see for yourself all they have to offer!
