- AGAshley GambleFeb 1, 20261.0My name is Ashley I’m Co Owner of Gambles Party Rentals LLC here in Manteca Ca. I provide Family Affordable Jumpers, Tables and Chairs for family events. We take great pride in our business, our equipment, and the safety of the children who use it. Unfortunately, our experience providing services at this location was disappointing. Our inflatable was set up in an agreed-upon location by myself and the husband. Without our knowledge or permission, the equipment was later moved to a different area and left unattended in a public space. When we arrived for pickup, the equipment had visible damage that was not present at delivery and was left out in open at a public park. We documented the setup, the unauthorized relocation, and the damage with clear before-and-after photos and reached out to address the issue, but received no response or acknowledgment. We invest significant time, care, and resources to ensure our equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained for every event. We expect the same level of respect and consideration in return. Due to this experience and the damage caused to our equipment, we will no longer be able to provide services to this location. We hope future vendors are treated with greater care and communication and more respect for their hard work. As a mom I’m honestly shocked on this treatment, guy seemed nice at first but I guess our low in come or family affordable equipment isn’t good enough. I’ll pray for you!
