Franklin and Downs made this process very easy as they showed compassion and sensitivity to my family. They answered every question we had as this was the first time we had ever planned a Funeral. Of course, the whole staff is extremely professional, attentive and patience. They go above and beyond throughout the whole process. Felisha Brody was our main coordinator for my father-in-law’s funeral and she was extremely wonderful to work with.
